The role:
As an e-commerce manager at HappyFarmer You play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our online shopping experience. You are responsible for streamlining operational processes, maximizing sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience on our international webshop.
Include your responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of our web shops in the EU and North America.
- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategy to improve the performance of the web shops.
- You identify new profitable options for further growing the webshop or to realize extra store traffic.
- Optimizing the user -friendliness and conversion rate of the web shops.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with our marketing employee.
- Analyzing sales data and user behavior to implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to keep the range of products up-to-date.
- Managing and optimizing our Shopify platform and integrations with other tools such as Klaviyo.
- Managing the online marketing agency to achieve the best results together.
- The development of the web shops together with external developers.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented e-commerce manager who:
- 1 - 3 years of work experience has in an e -commerce or online marketing function.
- You have at least HBO working and thinking level
- at Preference has experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Has excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both in speech and writing.
- Affinity has the agricultural sector and a passion for sustainability.
- Analytically strong, data-driven decisions dares to make and can implement them substantiated.
- Is available for 32 - 40 hours a week.
