A lot happens behind the scenes – and we need you for that! We are looking for a precise and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who ensures that our administration is always in order.

💻 What will you do?
As an administrative assistant at HappyFarmer, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks within our financial administration. You love structure, don't miss any details, and enjoy playing a central role in our back office.

  • You enter administrative data into the system, perform bookings, and other financial transactions.
  • You handle the processing and control of purchase and sales invoices.
  • Debtor and creditor management.
  • You assist in preparing financial reports and ensure preparation of VAT and ICP returns.
  • You are the point of contact for colleagues regarding financial matters.

👀 Who are we looking for?

  • MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a financial/administrative background.
  • Experience with accounting programs (experience with Moneybird or similar software is a plus).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude: you identify deviations and come up with solutions.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch.
