An advanced solution that acts as a synthetic analogue of the calming pheromone BAP (Bovine Aeasuring Pheromone), which is naturally secreted by cattle via the sebaceous glands of the udder. SecureCattle® mimics the effect of this natural pheromone and helps to reduce stress, which positively contributes to the overall health and performance of the animal. Stress can have a negative effect on fertility, the immune system, growth, meat quality (high pH value), group formation and behavior.

SecureCattle® contains components that are detected by the cattle via the vomeronasal organ (VNO), a specialized sensory organ that transmits signals to the brain. This organ, also known as Jacobson's organ, is located in the nasal cavity and helps the animal to capture and process the pheromones.

• Transport to slaughterhouse

• First time grazing
• Shave
• First times through a foot bath
• Addition of new cows to the group
• Claw treatments, inseminations and vaccinations

Administration and duration of action

• Remove the cap and attach the special dosing pump to the bottle.
• Apply 5 ml of the ready-to-use solution to the shoulders or between the horns.
• Apply 4-6 hours before a stressful situation.
• Duration of action: maximum 15 days after application.
• One liter of SecureCattle® is sufficient for 200 applications.
