Administration at prevention of milk fever:

• 1 bolus at the beginning of birth.

• 4th bolus 12 to 15 hours after the 3rd bolus.

Administration at treatment of milk fever:

• 1st bolus 2 to 3 hours after the calcium infusion.
• 2nd bolus 12 to 15 hours after the 1st bolus.
