We want to speak to you too! Please contact us if you have questions, comments, or feedback. We will definitely get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that questions sent on Friday will be answered the following Monday, but possibly earlier.

HappyFarmer knows no borders. We deliver worldwide.
How long does it take to receive my order?

HappyFarmer always tries to ship your order the same day so that we can deliver it to you within 1 to 2 working days. Many products are in stock. However, it may happen that a product is not in stock, in which case the delivery time may be longer. We will contact you if the delivery time of an order is longer.
If you need your order soon, you can always inquire with us about the current delivery time of your product. We also have Saturday delivery!
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.
Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday. We ship with DPD and you will receive a track and trace code via email.
If you would like to receive your package the next day (except Sunday), Please contact us.
Returns and refunds
How can I return a product?
How can I return a product?
The product can only be returned if it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please refer to article 7 of our terms and conditions for more information.
If you wish to return the entire order, you must send the received items back to the return address below. HappyFarmer will refund the full purchase amount, including the calculated shipping costs. However, the costs for returning are at your expense.
When returning part of your order, the shipping costs are also at your expense. The purchase amount of the returned part will be refunded to you, but the shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
You can choose to bring the package to a PostNL post office. If you want the package to be picked up at your home, HappyFarmer can arrange this. Please contact us for the current pickup costs.
All cancellations, exchanges, and returns must be reported in writing to HappyFarmer. Please use our return form or send us an email. Be sure to include your full name and order number, as well as the items you wish to cancel, exchange, or return. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for this, although it is not mandatory according to the Distance Selling Act.
For the refund of amounts already paid (in case of prepayment), we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium must also provide the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their own bank. Please note: the account number for the refund must be the same as the account number from which the payment to HappyFarmer was made, to prevent any fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after the return notification.
