The Ranger® ABN60 is an electric fence energizer from the professional series of Horizont. It is a powerful energizer for up to 4.5 km, which can also supply sufficient voltage in dry conditions. Very suitable for fencing cows or horses, for example.

Current
Because the device is suitable for 9V, 12V and 230V, the Ranger ABN60 is flexible in use. The device has a deep discharge protection for the 12V battery.at each pulse of the device, the light of the on/off switch on the front lights up. This allows you to easily observe the activity of the device. The color in which this light lights up indicates the battery capacity in 3 levels:

• Green: 40-100%
• Red/Green: 20-40%
• Red: 0-20%

ECO power
The device is equipped with a fully automatic economy circuit: the power consumption is adjusted to the condition of the fence. In short, if the fence is properly installed and insulated, the power consumption will be minimal.

Grounding

A good grounding is essential for an optimally functioning electric fence. An earth rod must have at preferably no voltage. For the ranger ABN60 we recommend at least 1 earth rod of 100cm (art.nr. 014041)
