💻 What will you be doing?
As an administrative employee at HappyFarmer, you are responsible for a broad range of tasks within our financial administration. You love structure, miss no detail and enjoy playing a central role in our back office.
Responsibilities
- You coordinate administrative data in the system and other financial activities within the company.
- You handle the processing and checking of purchase and sales invoices.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
- You assist in preparing financial reports and ensure preparation of VAT and EC Sales List returns.
- You are the point of contact for colleagues on financial matters.
- You actively look for ways to make processes smarter — for example by using AI tools for invoice processing, data entry or reporting.
👀 Who are we looking for?
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a financial/administrative background.
- Experience with accounting software (experience with Moneybird or similar software is a plus).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude: you spot discrepancies and come up with solutions.
- Good communication skills.
- Curious about AI and new tools: you enjoy experimenting with smart solutions that make your work more efficient (prior knowledge is not required, enthusiasm is).
