This Starter Kit contains:

• 10 pieces BACT Gram NEG/POS test strips, 10 disposable pipettes and 10 milk sample tubes.
• 1 USB mini incubator with plug
• 1 bottle of disinfectant
• 1 permanent marker
• 1 quick guide

• This BACT Gram NEG/POS single use test strip can be used to determine whether mastitis is present at the milk sample, by distinguishing between Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
• These results allow you to apply targeted treatment if necessary.

Testing is easy and simple.

• Ensure clean hands and fill the tube with the milk sample
• Fill the pipette with the milk sample
• Apply the milk to the test strip using the pipette
• Connect the mini incubator
• Place the test strip in the connected mini incubator for 14-16 hours
• After 14 - 16 hours different colors will appear in the result fields on the BACTtest strip 'No Growth', 'GRAM NEG' or 'GRAM POS'
