3. Our own visitor measurement

We use our own measurement system to understand through which channels — such as search engines, advertisements or email — visitors arrive at our website. When you log in to your account, place an order or click a link in one of our emails, we may link your visits across different devices or browsers. We use this data solely to measure the effectiveness of our own marketing; we do not store IP addresses in this process and do not use this data for advertising networks or other third-party purposes. We retain characteristics of advertisement clicks for a maximum of 180 days; device links for a maximum of 12 months.

4. Cookies and third-party measurement services

In addition to our own measurement, we use — depending on the preferences you specify in our cookie banner — third-party services:

  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads): statistics on website usage and measurement of advertising results.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): measurement of advertising results.
  • Microsoft Clarity: aggregated view of how visitors use our pages (such as click and scroll behaviour), to improve the website.
  • Billy Grace: an attribution platform that measures which marketing channels lead to a visit or purchase.
  • Klaviyo: measures website activity (such as products viewed) to make our emails more relevant.
  • Trusted Shops: displays our quality mark and shop reviews.

6. How we combine data internally

In order to serve you properly, we combine data from the services mentioned above within our own systems into a single customer profile: your orders, invoices, shipments, previous points of contact (email and telephone), participation in the loyalty programme, wish list and written reviews. This customer profile is used exclusively by our own employees for customer service and order processing, runs on our own secured servers and is not shared with third parties.
