Topro Rumen bolus Topro Rumen bolus is a supplementary feed for cattle to support the rumen flora. The Rumen bolus is aimed at stimulating rumen function (rumen microbes) and rumination activity. During rumination activity, saliva enters the rumen. Saliva is rich in bicarbonate, which buffers the acidity (pH) of the rumen and thus prevents rumen acidification. Dosage
