1. Participation

  • Participation is exclusively intended for private customers (B2C) with an active account at HappyFarmer.
  • Participation is personal and non-transferable.
  • Are you part of the HappyPartner programme? Unfortunately, you are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty programme.

2. Earning points

  • You earn points on every order based on your loyalty level (Bronze: 1x, Silver: 1.25x, Gold: 1.5x, Platinum: 2x points per €1 spent).
  • In the event of a (partial) return, the corresponding points will be deducted.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be paid out in money.

3. Loyalty levels

  • Your level is determined based on your total spending at HappyFarmer.
  • Levels are recalculated periodically.
  • HappyFarmer reserves the right to change the level thresholds.

4. Redeeming points

  • Points can be redeemed for discount codes or exclusive loyalty products, as listed on the loyalty page.
  • Redemption is only possible via your account on happyfarmershop.com.
  • Discount codes obtained through the loyalty programme cannot be combined with other promotions, unless stated otherwise.
  • Points expire automatically after 18 months

5. Referral programme

  • The referral code is personal and exclusively valid for new customers who have never previously placed an order with HappyFarmer.
  • The referral code is valid for 90 days.
  • The code can only be used once per new customer.
  • Creating multiple accounts in order to use the discount more than once is not permitted.
  • The new customer receives a 10% discount on their first order.
  • The referrer receives 1,000 loyalty points after the new customer's first successful order.

6. General

  • HappyFarmer reserves the right to supplement, modify or terminate the loyalty programme and/or referral programme at any time.
  • In the event of misuse or fraud, HappyFarmer may exclude an account from participation.
  • HappyFarmer is not liable for technical failures that affect the registration of points.
