About your position
If E-commerce Manager at HappyFarmer you work on maintaining and optimizing our webshops with the aim of taking our online sales to new heights. In doing so, you spar with your colleagues from the logistics department. Changes to our online platform must also remain operationally workable.
At the moment the entire team consists of twelve colleagues. This means that the lines are short and that you as E-commerce Manager are responsible for managing and optimizing our webshops, keeping an eye on the entire organization. You work closely with the marketing team and are guided by an external e-commerce manager with more than 15 years of experience.
We work with Shopify and Klaviyo.
What are you going to do:
- You maintain and manage the HappyFarmer web shops in the EU and North America.
- You monitor and analyze the results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You optimize the customer journey (CRO) and experiment with new features.
- You optimize the conversion rate of the web shops.
- You coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with our marketing employee.
- You analyze sales data and user behavior to continuously implement improvements.
- You work with external partners and suppliers to keep the product range up to date.
- You work together with our online marketing agency to achieve the best results together.
Who are you?
- You have completed a training course in e-commerce or you have developed yourself into the role of e-commerce specialist in recent years.
- You have 1 - 3 years of work experience in a similar results and conversion-oriented role within e-commerce.
- You have strong analytical skills and dare to make data-driven decisions.
- at Preferably you have experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You work independently, see opportunities and proactively seize them.
- You are curious, eager to learn and enjoy solving challenges.
- You have an affinity with the agricultural sector.
- You are available for 32 - 40 hours per week.
