We want to talk to you too! Please contact us if you have any questions, comments or feedback. We will certainly get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that questions sent on Friday will be answered the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Which countries do you ship to?

HappyFarmer knows no limits. We deliver worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

HappyFarmer always tries to send your order the same day so that we will deliver to you within 1 to 2 working days. We have many products in stock. However, it is possible that a product is not in stock, the delivery time can be longer. We will contact you if the delivery time of an order is longer.

If you need your order soon, you can always ask us the current delivery time of your product. We also have delivery on Saturday!

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.
Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday. We will send with DPD and by mail you will receive a track and trace code.

If you would definitely want to receive your package the next day (except Sunday), please contact us. 

Returns and reimbursements

How can I return a product?

The product can only be returned if it is unused and is in the original, undamaged packaging. Consult Article 7 of our general terms and conditions for more information.

To return the full order, you must return the items received to the return address below. HappyFarmer will repay the full purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. However, the costs for returning are for your account.

When returning part of your order, the shipping costs are also for your account. The purchase price of the returned part will be reimbursed to you, but in that case the shipping costs will not be refunded.

You can choose to take the package to a PostNL post counter. If you want the package to be picked up at your home, you can HappyFarmer Arrange this. For this, contact us for the current collection costs.

All cancellations, exchange and returns must be written HappyFarmer to be reported. Use our return form for this or send us an e-mail. In any case, state your full name and order number, as well as the items you want to cancel, exchange or return. To improve our customer service, we will appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this, although this is not mandatory according to the remote purchase law.

We also need your bank account number to repay the amounts already paid (in advance). Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their own bank. Please note: the account number for the reimbursement must be equal to the account number whose payment is on HappyFarmer was done to prevent any fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be repaid to you within a maximum of 14 days of the notification of return.
