For our growing company as a supplier of brand-independent milking machine parts, we are looking for a Support and Logistics Employee.
In this role as Support and Logistics Employee you are closely involved in the sales process within the company and the logistical processing of orders. Your work is therefore very diverse and no day is the same.

HappyFarmer offers a brand-independent and extensive range of milking robot parts, milking parlor parts and related products. Brand-independent means that we supply all brands of milking equipment.
Our products are delivered to dairy farmers in more than 20 countries worldwide. We are located in Oirschot, Brabant. Our team currently consists of twelve employees.
Orders are mainly received online, via our webshop, where good customer contact is the top priority.
The team of HappyFarmer likes to think along with her customers and looks at possibilities.
This is what you will do:
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers (by telephone or email).
- As a support employee, you are very good at answering questions and you ensure that every customer question is resolved.
- The administrative and logistical processing of incoming orders.
- Packing and preparing goods for shipment.
- The purchasing of articles and necessary coordination with our suppliers.
- Monitoring the planning and progress of internal processes.
- You identify improvements in processes and contribute to their optimization.
- Depending on your ambition and interests, there is the possibility to take on projects.
This is you:
- You are responsible for the daily operations, flexible and proactive.
- You are solution-oriented, have good communication skills and are customer-friendly.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English and preferably also German and/or French.
- You have completed an MBO/HBO education.
