Demotec 90 is a fast-hardening plastic in the form of powder and liquid with all necessary accessories such as universal wooden blocks, mixing cups and wooden spatulas. The plastic can be mixed and processed easily, quickly and comfortably. Thanks to a special combination of materials Demotec 90 has a slightly pasty consistency just 2 minutes after mixing and can then be applied to the claw and wooden block and modeled into the desired shape virtually without glue. Moistening your hands with soap and water has been found to be helpful to prevent the plastic from sticking to the hand. Depending on the temperature, the plastic is completely hardened after 4 to 6 minutes and can be fully loaded after cooling. In addition to this application at large animals Demotec 90 can also be used for extracutaneous splinting of bone fractures at small animals.
