Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Cooling-off period
You have a cooling-off period of 14 business days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of delivery. Please note: Personalised products/customisation are an exception to this rule.
Returns
The product can only be returned if it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please refer to article 7 of our general terms and conditions for more information.
If you wish to return the entire order, please return the received items to the returns address below. HappyFarmer will refund the full purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs, to you. However, the costs for returning are at your expense.
at If you return part of your order, the shipping costs are also at your expense. The purchase price of the returned part will be refunded to you, but the shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
You can choose to take the package to a PostNL post office. If you want the package to be delivered at you will be picked up at home, HappyFarmer arrange this. Please contact us for the current collection costs.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing HappyFarmer to be reported. To do so, use the return form below or send us an email. In any case, state your full name and order number, as well as the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. In order to improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this, although this is not required under the Distance Selling Act.
For the refund of amounts already paid (at prepayment) we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium should also mention the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their own bank. Please note: the account number for the refund must be the same as the account number from which the payment was made HappyFarmer has been done, to prevent any fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after the notification of return.
