Bovikalc calcium bolus is a supplementary dietary feed, for the prevention or aftercare of milk fever.
Bovikalc is recommended both preventively and as a supplement to a calcium infusion. Very safe to use, with a unique composition and method of administration.

For the prevention or aftercare of milk fever. For preventive administration of calcium in cows that are susceptible to milk fever.

Administration for prevention of milk fever:

1 bolus at the start of birth.
2nd bolus immediately after calving.
3rd bolus 12 to 15 hours after the 2nd bolus.
4th bolus 12 to 15 hours after the 3rd bolus.

Administration for treatment of milk fever:

1st bolus 2 to 3 hours after the calcium infusion.
2nd bolus 12 to 15 hours after the 1st bolus.
