This package contains 10 pieces of BACT Gram NEG/POS test strips, 10 disposable pipettes, and 10 milk sample tubes. This BACT Gram NEG/POS single-use test strip can be used to determine if mastitis is present in the milk sample by distinguishing between Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. With these results, you can apply targeted treatment if necessary. Testing is easy and straightforward.

• Ensure clean hands and fill the tube with the milk sample
• Fill the pipette with the milk sample
• Apply the milk with the pipette onto the test strip
• Connect the incubator.
• Place the test strip in the connected mini-incubator for 14-16 hours
• After 14 - 16 hours, different colors in the result fields on the BACT-test strip indicate 'No Growth', 'GRAM NEG', or 'GRAM POS'
