Benfital Plus

Benfital plus is a supplementary dietary feed for calves in case of digestive disorders (diarrhea) or the risk thereof. One serving of Benfital contains no less than 310 kcal per feeding! The citrus fibers are coated with, among other things, patented lecithin and MOS (mannanoligosaccharides), which bind E-coli and Salmonella bacteria. These are then excreted with the manure.

Benfital restores and prevents acidosis!

Benfital contains, among other things, a high level of glucose (energy) and restores and prevents acidosis in a unique way:

  • First, the sodium bicarbonate is released, which is immediately available
  • Then, the sodium acetate converts into sodium bicarbonate
  • Finally, the sodium citrate present also converts into sodium bicarbonate

Due to this buffering action a prolonged supply of sodium bicarbonate is guaranteed.

Instructions for use and dosage

Benfital can be used in both water and milk, with the ideal dissolution temperature being between 35 and 40 degrees. Problem-free intake and excellent acceptance for a quick(er) recovery of the calf!
