Other known applications: - water tank cleaning, solution approx. 1% - ecological cleaning agent, removes urine scale, solution approx. 3-5%. - disinfection of footwear, etc., solution approx. 2% (20g on 1l water) - cleaning of claws, solution approx. 1% - rust removal, solution approx. 30-50% - acidification of calf milk, solution 0.6-1% measuring scoop: approx. 100g Citric acid (E330) is a food-grade organic acid that is used as an acidity regulator, antioxidant and preservative in food.
Acidity regulator: Regulates the acidity of various foods. Antioxidant: Protects foods from oxidation, extends shelf life. Originating from citrus fruits such as lemons and limes, making it a natural and environmentally friendly compound. Citric acid is an acid and can therefore cause eye and skin irritation. Always wear protective clothing.
