• Demotec 90 is a fast-curing plastic in the form of powder and liquid with all necessary accessories such as universal wooden blocks, mixing cups and wooden spatulas.
• The plastic is easy, quick and comfortable to mix and apply.
• Thanks to a special combination of materials, Demotec 90 has a slightly pasty consistency just 2 minutes after mixing and can then be applied to the hoof and the wooden block and modelled into the desired shape with virtually no adhesive. It has proven useful to moisten your hands with water and soap to prevent the plastic from sticking to the hand.
• Depending on the temperature, the plastic is fully cured after 4 to 6 minutes and fully load-bearing after cooling.
• In addition to this application in large animals, Demotec 90 can also be used for extracutaneous splinting of bone fractures in small animals.
