Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Cooling-off period
You have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Please note: Personalized products/customization are an exception to this rule.
Returns
The product can only be returned if it is unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. Please refer to article 7 of our general terms and conditions for more information.
If you wish to return the entire order, you must return the items received to the returns address below. HappyFarmer will refund the full purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. However, the costs for returning are at your expense.
When returning part of your order, the shipping costs are also at your expense. The purchase price of the returned part will be refunded to you, but the shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
You can choose to take the package to a PostNL post office. If you want the package to be collected from your home, this is possible HappyFarmer arrange this. Please contact us for the current collection costs.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing HappyFarmer to be reported. Use the return form below or send us an email. In any case, please include your full name and order number, as well as the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this, although this is not required under the Distance Selling Act.
We also need your bank account number to refund amounts already paid (in advance). Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of their own bank. Please note: the account number for the refund must be the same as the account number to which the payment is made HappyFarmer has been done to prevent possible fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after notification of return.
